I. I’ve changed my mind, I want to return my product.
We apologize that we couldn’t meet your needs. Withdrawal implies that you have changed your mind and wish to return your item for a refund. You have 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal. After this period, your request will be refused.
II. What are the conditions for retraction?
The product must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging. The product should be in the same condition as received, suitable for remarketing. If these conditions are not met, your refund may be partial or even impossible
III. Who pays for the return shipping costs?
In case of retraction the return costs will be at your expense. You are free to choose the courier of your choice to return the product. The package should reach us with no additional damage whatsoever. Any further damage on the product may hamper your chances of getting a full refund.

V. The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 3 days of the delivered date.

No, nayapurano won't be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the returns policy
VII. How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval. You will receive an email once your refund is initiated.
VIII. What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return period?

IX. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can only cancel the order before it has been shipped. Once the shipment is out for delivery, nayapurano won’t be liable to any cancellation.
X. Can my cancelled order be reinstated?
No, sellers do not have an option to reinstate an order after it has been cancelled. You can only place a new order for the products that were part of the cancelled order.
